Washi Paper Hat Pendant Lamp — a wide, shallow cone of hand-wrapped mulberry paper, finely ribbed from the apex to a broad open rim. Available in two sizes, with a choice of two rim finishes: natural paper or a slim black band.
The paper is wrapped by hand over a conical wire frame, ring by ring, so each shade keeps its own fine ribbing and soft creases. Nothing is printed — the ribs are the entire surface, which is why no two shades are quite alike.
The open bottom is what sets this shape apart. The paper cone glows softly overhead while the wide rim drops a clean, generous pool of light straight down — bright enough to work or eat by, warm enough to sit under all evening, and with the bulb tucked up out of your sightline. Because the light falls straight down through the open rim, the width of the shade sets the width of the pool below it. Over a dining table, aim for a cone about half to two-thirds of the table's width; over a long island, two or three of the small size in a row light the whole run more evenly than one large cone.

The shade travels folded flat inside a firm, padded box, so it's protected from the knocks that leave most paper lanterns dented or torn before they're even unpacked.
Gently ease the folded shade open by hand until the cone holds its shape and the rim sits true — no parts to build. A qualified electrician then hardwires it and fits the included bulb.

6. Order Issue Resolution

Address Errors or Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.
Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Delivery Delays
Incorrect delivery information, customs clearance procedures, or peak holiday seasons may cause unexpected delivery delays. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
