Washi Paper UF4-L9 Floor Lamp — a tall column of hand-folded mulberry paper, built from stacked angular volumes that flare wide and pinch in again, standing 74″ high on four fine black wire legs.
The paper is stretched by hand across a faceted wire frame, section by section, so every plane stays flat and every fold and seam is visible. Nothing is printed — the geometry is the entire surface, and no two shades crease alike.
Lit, that structure does something a smooth shade can't: each facet takes the glow at its own angle, so the column reads as a stack of warm planes with the folds drawn in as fine lines between them. 4. Carriers & Order Tracking

6. Order Issue Resolution

Address Errors or Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.
Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Delivery Delays
Incorrect delivery information, customs clearance procedures, or peak holiday seasons may cause unexpected delivery delays. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
