Spiral Glass Tube Chandelier — three descending tiers of clear, twisted glass tubes hung from a warm brass-finish iron frame on an adjustable chain. Each tube carries a spiralled ridge that catches the bulbs and throws the light back as bright, moving highlights.
Where a paper shade softens light, twisted glass scatters it — lit, this chandelier fills a room with lively refracted sparkle and clean points of brightness across the ceiling and walls. At ∅28″ across it reads as a genuine statement piece over a dining table, in an entryway, or above a stairwell, and the adjustable chain lets you set the drop to your own ceiling. It is a hardwired ceiling fixture, rated 110–240V.

Twisted glass that actually sparkles. The spiral ridge on each tube breaks the light up and throws it back — so instead of one flat glow you get bright, moving highlights scattered across the ceiling, the table and the walls.
Three tiers of real depth. The descending layers give the piece body and a full canopy from every angle, so it holds its own over a large table or in a tall space rather than looking thin.
A warm brass frame that ties the room together. The brass-tone metal picks up gold fittings, warm wood and other brass in the space, so the chandelier feels chosen for the room rather than dropped into it.
Set the drop to your ceiling. The adjustable chain means it works at dining height over a table or lower and more dramatic in a stairwell — you decide the drop when it goes up.
Where a Spiral Glass Chandelier Belongs
A wide, tiered canopy of clear glass — it draws the eye up and gives a room a centre.
Centred above a table, the tiers throw sparkle across the settings and give dinners a warm, gathered feel.
Dropped lower on a longer chain, it becomes the first thing guests see and fills a double-height space with light.
As a centre light it warms the whole room, and the brass frame ties into wood, leather and gold already in the space.
Installing Your Glass Chandelier
This is a hardwired glass fixture, not a plug-in lamp — the glass is packed to travel safely, and the wiring is a job for an electrician.
The frame and the glass tubes ship separately, with every tube individually wrapped and cushioned, so the glass is protected through transit rather than rattling loose in one box.
Once the frame is up, you hook each twisted glass tube onto its tier by hand until the canopy is full. It takes a little patience, but no special tools — just a steady hand with the glass.
It mounts to a ceiling junction box and wires in — we recommend a licensed electrician. The adjustable chain is shortened to your ceiling height as part of the install.

2. Order Processing Time
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time. All timeframes are calculated in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
- Regular Products: Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after submission, including inventory verification, packaging, and shipment inspection.
- Customized Products: Personalized custom lighting products require additional production time, extending the processing period by an extra 5–12 business days, which will delay the total delivery time accordingly.
- Special Circumstances: During holidays or promotional events, order volume may increase significantly, and processing time may be slightly extended by 1–3 business days. We will keep you updated on your order status via email in real time.

4. Carriers & Order Tracking
We partner with trusted, reputable logistics providers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS EMS. All shipping methods come with full shipping insurance and package tracking services.
Once your package is shipped, we will send the tracking number and logistics details to your registered email address. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery at any time.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
For U.S. customers, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Woorglamp. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
6. Order Issue Resolution
Tracking Updates
If your tracking information has not been updated for 2–3 weeks, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Errors or Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.
Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Delivery Delays
Incorrect delivery information, customs clearance procedures, or peak holiday seasons may cause unexpected delivery delays. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.

Out-of-Stock Items
We strive to maintain inventory for all listed products, but occasional stockouts may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for restock or cancel your order for a full refund. Charges will only be applied to your payment method once the item is shipped.

Customized Products: Once your order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin production immediately.
