We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including:
Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.

Dispatch Location
Woorglamp is a U.S. -based company with a globally integrated supply chain. Your bespokelighting fixtures are meticulously assembled and dispatched directly from our dedicatedmanufacturing facilities in Asia.
2. Order Processing Time
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time (All timeframes are calculated in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.)

Regular Products: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after submission, including inventory verification, packaging, and shipment inspection.

Customized Products: Personalized custom lighting products require additional production time, extending the processing period by an extra 5–12 business days, which will delay the total delivery time accordingly.

Special Circumstances: During holidays or promotional events, order volume may increase significantly, and processing time may be slightly extended by 1–3 business days. We will keep you updated on your order status via email in real time.

4. Carriers & Order Tracking
We partner with trusted, reputable logistics providers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS EMS. All shipping methods come with full shipping insurance and package tracking services.
Once your package is shipped, we will send the tracking number and logistics details to your registered email address. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery at any time.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
For U.S. customers, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Woorglamp. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
6. Order Issue Resolution
Tracking Updates
If your tracking information has not been updated for 2–3 weeks, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Errors or Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.
Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Delivery Delays
Incorrect delivery information, customs clearance procedures, or peak holiday seasons may cause unexpected delivery delays. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
7. Other Notes
Out-of-Stock Items
We strive to maintain inventory for all listed products, but occasional stockouts may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for restock or cancel your order for a full refund. Charges will only be applied to your payment method once the item is shipped.

Important Disclaimer
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Customs clearance, local postal processing, or other unforeseen issues may cause delays beyond our control.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier service. If you are not home when the package arrives, the delivery service may leave a collection notice to inform you how and where to pick up your package.
