Sizing it to your space
Over a dining table — the 31.5″ canopy suits tables roughly 44–60″ wide; centre it and hang the diffuser about 30–36″ above the tabletop.
As a room's centre light — it carries a space of roughly 14×16ft. Add your room's length and width in feet; that number in inches is close to the diameter to aim for.

Tip: on an 8ft ceiling, keep the chain short and use it over a table where nobody walks underneath. With 9ft+ you can let more chain out for presence.

This One Takes a Professional

Be straight with yourself about this: at ⌀ 31.5″ it is a heavy hardwired glass fixture, and the panels go on one at a time. It is not a 20-minute job and it is not a solo job.

Every Panel Wrapped Separately

The frame, the panels and the diffuser plate ship apart, each piece individually wrapped and cushioned. Unpack onto a soft surface and count everything against the parts list before you start.

Frame First, Glass Last — Two People

Hang and wire the bare frame, set the chain to your height, then fit the panels tier by tier and the diffuser last. Working around the circle keeps the weight even. Allow a good hour and a second pair of hands.

A Junction Box Rated for the Weight

There is no plug and no cord. Fully glazed, this is a heavy fixture — check that the ceiling box is rated to carry it and properly braced before the glass goes on. Use a licensed electrician.

Before You Buy

What size table and room does it suit, and how low does it hang?
The fixture is Ø 80 × H 26 cm (⌀ 31.5″ × H 10.2″), plus up to 19.7″ (50cm) of adjustable chain — so the maximum total drop is about 30″ from the ceiling, and you shorten the chain at installation for anything less. Over a dining table it suits tables roughly 44–60″ wide: centre it and hang the diffuser about 30–36″ above the tabletop. As a room's only ceiling light it carries a space of around 14×16ft. A quick check: add your room's length and width in feet, and aim for that number in inches of diameter.
Is the light bright, and will the bulbs glare?
No glare — that is the point of the design. A frosted glass diffuser plate closes the fixture underneath, so the bulbs are hidden and what reaches the table is one soft, even wash rather than points of light. The swirled panels around the sides glow gently instead of sparkling. This makes it comfortable to sit under for a long dinner, but it is deliberately a soft light: if you need task-level brightness in a kitchen or workspace, plan on downlights or lamps alongside it rather than expecting this to do all the work.
How difficult is the installation?
More involved than a small pendant, and we would rather say so up front. It is hardwired — no plug, no cord — and at 31.5″ fully glazed it is heavy, so the ceiling junction box needs to be rated and braced for the load; we recommend a licensed electrician. The frame, panels and diffuser ship separately. Once the frame is hung and the chain set to your height, the panels are fitted tier by tier by hand and the diffuser plate goes on last. Allow about an hour and a second pair of hands. If a panel arrives broken, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement — you do not need to return the whole fixture.
What bulbs does it take, and can I dim it?
It uses standard E26 medium-base bulbs — the common screw-in size used in most US lamps and ceiling fixtures, so there is no specialty bulb to track down. They aren't included, so you can match the colour and output you want. A warm white around 2700K suits it best: it keeps the milky glass looking creamy rather than grey or blue. Because the diffuser hides the bulbs completely, appearance doesn't matter here — a plain A19 is fine, frosted or clear both work, so choose on brightness instead. The fixture is rated AC 110–240V, indoor dry locations only. For dimming, use dimmable E26 bulbs together with a compatible wall dimmer — standard bulbs won't dim on their own.

Our standard return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. This timeframe is calculated based on the delivery date confirmed in your logistics tracking record. To be eligible for a return, you must submit your return request within this 30-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for items delivered more than 30 days ago.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
  • The item is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are complete and undamaged.
  • Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled. Items that have been installed, have damaged wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

2. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to get the item you want is to first return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  • For exchanges due to product quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all costs for returning the original item and shipping the new replacement.
  • For exchanges initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, as well as the full purchase price of the new item.

  • Customized Products: Once your order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin production immediately.
  • Non-Customized Products:
