Check your ceiling first
This is a tall fixture. At H 46.9″ it hangs nearly four feet below the ceiling. On a standard 8ft ceiling it will sit too low for comfort — plan on 9ft as a minimum, 10ft or a double-height space to see it properly.
Over a dining table — the 41.7″ oval suits tables roughly 72–96″ long; centre it lengthways and keep the lowest disc about 30–36″ above the tabletop.

Before you order: measure floor to ceiling, subtract 46.9″, and check what's left clears your table or walkway. It's a two-minute check that saves a return.

Why You'll Love It

A Chandelier That Never Sits Still

Movement most chandeliers don't have. Because each disc hangs on its own wire, the cascade drifts when a door opens or the heating comes on — small, slow shifts that keep the reflections changing rather than frozen in place.

Grey glass that warms up under light. Unlit, the discs read as cool mottled stone. Switched on, the bubbles and cloudy patches pick up the bulbs and turn amber at the edges — two quite different looks from one fixture.

An oval that fits a real table. Most large chandeliers are round, which leaves a rectangular table lit in the middle and dim at the ends. The elliptical spread follows the table instead of fighting it.

Plan the Install Before It Arrives

This Is Not a DIY Fixture

Be straight with yourself about this one: it is large, heavy, hardwired, and every disc is hung by hand. Book an electrician before the box arrives, and expect it to take an afternoon.

Every Disc Wrapped Separately

The frame and the discs ship apart, each disc individually wrapped and cushioned and numbered to its position. Lay them out on a soft surface and check them against the parts list before anything goes up.

Frame First, Discs Last — Two People

Hang and wire the bare frame, set the hanging height, then clip the discs on from the top row down, working around the fixture so the weight stays balanced. This is the slow part — allow a couple of hours.

A Braced, Rated Ceiling Box

Fully glazed this is a heavy fixture on a long drop. The ceiling box must be rated for the load and braced to a joist — not a standard light box. Have a licensed electrician confirm it before install day.

Before You Buy

What ceiling height do I need, and how far down does it hang?
Overall it measures H 46.9″ (119.2cm) from the ceiling plate down to the lowest disc. Practically: on a standard 8ft ceiling it hangs too low to live with unless it is directly over a table nobody walks past. We recommend 9ft as a minimum, and 10ft or a double-height stairwell to show it properly. The check takes two minutes — measure floor to ceiling, subtract 46.9″, and see what clearance is left over your table or walkway.
What size table and room does the oval shape suit?
The footprint is oval — ⌀ 41.7″ (106cm) long by W 31.5″ (80cm) wide — which is why it works over a rectangular table where a round chandelier of the same span would overhang the sides. It suits tables roughly 72–96″ long, seating six to eight. Centre it along the length of the table and keep the lowest disc about 30–36″ above the tabletop. As a room's centre light rather than a table light, it needs a large space — think 18×20ft and upward, or an open-plan area where it has room to breathe.
How difficult is the installation?
This is the hardest install in the range and we would rather say so up front. It is hardwired, it is large, and fully glazed it is heavy on a long drop — the ceiling box must be rated for the load and braced to a joist, not a standard light box. A licensed electrician is required, not optional. The frame and discs ship separately: once the frame is hung and the height set, each disc is clipped on by hand from the top row down, working around the fixture to keep the weight balanced. Allow a couple of hours and two people. If a disc arrives broken, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement — you do not need to return the whole fixture.
What bulbs does it take, and how bright is it?
It takes standard E14 candelabra bulbs, not included, so you can match the colour and output you want. A warm white around 2700K suits it best — it brings the amber out of the seeded glass, where a cool white leaves the discs looking flat and grey. The bulbs sit inside the cascade rather than behind a diffuser, so light reaches the room through and around the glass: atmospheric and layered rather than flat and even. Over a dining table that is usually exactly right; in a room you also work in, plan on downlights or lamps alongside. Rated AC 110–240V, indoor dry locations only. For dimming, use dimmable E14 bulbs with a compatible wall dimmer — standard bulbs won't dim on their own.

Address Errors or Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.

Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Delivery Delays

1. Return Policy

1.1 Return Period

Our standard return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. This timeframe is calculated based on the delivery date confirmed in your logistics tracking record. To be eligible for a return, you must submit your return request within this 30-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for items delivered more than 30 days ago.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
  • The item is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are complete and undamaged.
  • Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled. Items that have been installed, have damaged wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.
  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

1.3 Cost Responsibility for Returns

The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
  • Our Responsibility (Free Returns): If the return is due to product quality issues, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect delivery, or undelivered items returned to sender, we will cover all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees. We will process a full refund or send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any related customs fees. Personal reasons include, but are not limited to:
    • The product does not meet your personal expectations (e.g., color, design, features)
    • Size mismatches based on your personal judgment
    • Change of mind or no longer needing the product
    • Ordering the wrong item, model, or quantity

1.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products created to your specific specifications

  • Items not in their original condition, with missing tags, or damaged/altered packaging

2. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to get the item you want is to first return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  • For exchanges due to product quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all costs for returning the original item and shipping the new replacement.
  • For exchanges initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, as well as the full purchase price of the new item.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Customized Products: Once your order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin production immediately.
  • Non-Customized Products:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.
    • If you cancel after 24 hours but before your order has been shipped, a $50 handling fee will apply.
    • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
