The item is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

All accessories, manuals, and included components are complete and undamaged.

Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled. Items that have been installed, have damaged wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

1.3 Cost Responsibility for Returns

Our Responsibility (Free Returns): If the return is due to product quality issues, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect delivery, or undelivered items returned to sender, we will cover all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees. We will process a full refund or send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Exchange Policy

For exchanges due to product quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all costs for returning the original item and shipping the new replacement.

For exchanges initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, as well as the full purchase price of the new item.
3. Order Cancellation

Customized Products: Once your order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin production immediately.

Non-Customized Products:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.

If you cancel after 24 hours but before your order has been shipped, a $50 handling fee will apply.
