Woorglamp is a U.S.-based company with a globally integrated supply chain. Your bespoke lighting fixtures are meticulously assembled and dispatched directly from our dedicated manufacturing facilities in Asia.

2. Order Processing Time

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time. All timeframes are calculated in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Regular Products: Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after submission, including inventory verification, packaging, and shipment inspection.
Customized Products: Personalized custom lighting products require additional production time, extending the processing period by an extra 5–12 business days, which will delay the total delivery time accordingly.
Special Circumstances: During holidays or promotional events, order volume may increase significantly, and processing time may be slightly extended by 1–3 business days. We will keep you updated on your order status via email in real time.

Address Errors or Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.

Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Our standard return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. This timeframe is calculated based on the delivery date confirmed in your logistics tracking record. To be eligible for a return, you must submit your return request within this 30-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for items delivered more than 30 days ago.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
All accessories, manuals, and included components are complete and undamaged.
Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled. Items that have been installed, have damaged wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.
You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

1.3 Cost Responsibility for Returns

The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Our Responsibility (Free Returns): If the return is due to product quality issues, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect delivery, or undelivered items returned to sender, we will cover all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees. 2. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to get the item you want is to first return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

For exchanges due to product quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all costs for returning the original item and shipping the new replacement.
For exchanges initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, as well as the full purchase price of the new item.

3. Order Cancellation

Customized Products: Once your order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin production immediately.
Non-Customized Products:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.
- If you cancel after 24 hours but before your order has been shipped, a $50 handling fee will apply.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

The Drum Is the Quieter Shape

The Halcyon Drum Prism Glass Chandelier takes the same hand-formed faceted prisms and holds them in a single round band instead of letting them cascade. Thirty-six inches across, eighteen deep — wide enough to command a table, flat enough to live under an ordinary nine-foot ceiling.

That is the whole argument for the drum. A tiered chandelier needs height above it to read properly; this one does not. The glass stays at one level, so you get the density and the sparkle without surrendering headroom to it.

Every prism is faceted on all sides and tinted the faintest champagne — barely visible by day, unmistakable at night. Lit, the core of the drum turns the color of a lit hearth while the outer rim stays cool and clear. That contrast between a warm center and a clear edge is the design.

Switch the view and watch the same room change. By day the faceted glass reads as clear sculpture, catching whatever light the windows give it. By night the glass is the light source, and the room moves from bright and practical to low and warm.

Nothing here is cast by a machine. A gather of molten glass is pulled from the furnace at around 1,400°C and worked while it is still glowing. A single drum takes hundreds of them, and every one passes through a pair of hands.

Hours of melting until the faint champagne runs evenly through the batch — the tint is in the glass, not on it.

Each prism is pressed and its facets cut before the glass stiffens, so no two break the light in quite the same way.

Prisms cool overnight to release internal stress, then are graded for tone and set row by row around the drum.

Faint bubbles and small shifts in facet and tint are left in on purpose — they are the record of the hand that made it.

QWill it work on a 9 ft ceiling?

Yes — that is what the drum is for. Eighteen inches of body plus a rod cut to the length you need.

QIs it dimmable?

There is no built-in dimmer. Fit dimmable bulbs on a compatible wall dimmer and it dims normally.

QCan it hang on a sloped ceiling?

Yes, with a sloped-ceiling adapter on the junction box.

QCan the rod be shortened?

Yes. The 19" rod is cut to length at installation, and a longer rod can be made to order.

QHow is it cleaned?

Dust the prisms with a dry microfiber cloth. No sprays, no solvents.

QAre bulbs included?

No. It takes E12 candelabra bulbs, and 2700K warm white shows the champagne tint at its best.
