1. Shipping Destinations & Dispatch Location

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including:

  • Continental U.S. (48 contiguous states)

Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.

Dispatch Location

Woorglamp is a U.S.-based company with a globally integrated supply chain. Your bespoke lighting fixtures are meticulously assembled and dispatched directly from our dedicated manufacturing facilities in Asia.

2. Order Processing Time

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time. All timeframes are calculated in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

  • Regular Products: Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after submission, including inventory verification, packaging, and shipment inspection.
  • Customized Products: Personalized custom lighting products require additional production time, extending the processing period by an extra 5–12 business days, which will delay the total delivery time accordingly.
  • Special Circumstances: During holidays or promotional events, order volume may increase significantly, and processing time may be slightly extended by 1–3 business days. We will keep you updated on your order status via email in real time.

4. Carriers & Order Tracking

We partner with trusted, reputable logistics providers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS EMS. All shipping methods come with full shipping insurance and package tracking services.

Once your package is shipped, we will send the tracking number and logistics details to your registered email address. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery at any time.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

For U.S. customers, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Woorglamp. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Order Issue Resolution

Tracking Updates

If your tracking information has not been updated for 2–3 weeks, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Errors or Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.

Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect delivery information, customs clearance procedures, or peak holiday seasons may cause unexpected delivery delays. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.

7. Other Notes

Out-of-Stock Items

We strive to maintain inventory for all listed products, but occasional stockouts may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for restock or cancel your order for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order; if you choose to cancel instead of waiting for restock, you receive a full refund.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Return Period

Our standard return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. This timeframe is calculated based on the delivery date confirmed in your logistics tracking record. To be eligible for a return, you must submit your return request within this 30-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for items delivered more than 30 days ago.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
  • The item is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are complete and undamaged.
  • Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled. Items that have been installed, have damaged wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.
  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

1.3 Cost Responsibility for Returns

The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
  • Our Responsibility (Free Returns): If the return is due to product quality issues, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect delivery, or undelivered items returned to sender, we will cover all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees. We will process a full refund or send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any related customs fees. Personal reasons include, but are not limited to:
    • The product does not meet your personal expectations (e.g., color, design, features)
    • Size mismatches based on your personal judgment
    • Change of mind or no longer needing the product
    • Ordering the wrong item, model, or quantity
    • Failure to read the product description thoroughly, leading to unexpected features or specifications

1.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
  • Items beyond the 30-day return period
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products created to your specific specifications
  • Light bulbs and other consumable items once opened or used
  • Items not in their original condition, with missing tags, or damaged/altered packaging
  • Final sale items

2. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to get the item you want is to first return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  • For exchanges due to product quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all costs for returning the original item and shipping the new replacement.
  • For exchanges initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, as well as the full purchase price of the new item.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Customized Products: Once your order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin production immediately.
  • Non-Customized Products:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.
    • If you cancel after 24 hours but before your order has been shipped, a $50 handling fee will apply.
    • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

4. Return Process

To ensure we can process your return efficiently, please follow these steps:
  1. Check Eligibility: Review this policy to confirm your item meets the return eligibility criteria.
  2. Submit Return Request: Send an email to our customer service team at support@woorglamp.com with the following information:
    1. Your order number
    2. The item(s) you wish to return
    3. Detailed reason for the return
    4. Photos of the item and any damage/issue, if applicable
  3. Obtain Return Authorization:

    Before shipping your item, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Every bulb sits inside a rounded glass shade. The glass spreads the light evenly, so the room feels bright but calm, without the hard glare of bare bulbs. It's the kind of light that turns a weeknight dinner into a small celebration.

The design

Inspired by an autumn beech forest

The idea came from an autumn walk in a beech forest, where small round caps catch the last light near the ground. A trunk, branches and soft little caps, brought indoors over the table where a family eats and talks.

Size & installation

Which size should I choose?

Choose the 3-light Kinoko (Ø23.6" / 60 cm) for tables about 36–42" (90–105 cm) wide or rooms around 10 × 12 ft (3 × 3.7 m). Choose the 5-light Kinoko (Ø27.6" / 70 cm) for tables about 40–48" (100–120 cm) wide or rooms around 12 × 14 ft (3.7 × 4.3 m). Both are 11.4" (29 cm) tall.

How high should I hang it over a dining table?

Hang the bottom of the shades about 30–36 inches (76–91 cm) above the tabletop.

How is it installed?

Kinoko is a hardwired ceiling mount with a 59" (150 cm) suspension cord. We recommend installation by a qualified electrician.

Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. Kinoko is rated IP20, so it is for indoor, dry locations only, such as dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms and home offices.

How much does it weigh?

The 3-light weighs 7.7 lb (3.5 kg) and the 5-light weighs 12.3 lb (5.6 kg).

What voltage does it use?

Kinoko is rated 110–240V, so it works with standard US 120V household power.

What bulbs does it use?

Kinoko uses standard E26/E27 bulbs: 3 for the 3-light and 5 for the 5-light. Bulbs are not included. We recommend 2700K–3000K warm white bulbs.

What is it made of?

Kinoko has a metal body, brass arms and glass shades. The center column has a warm wood-grain finish.
