It is produced using a hand-pressed technique, making each piece unique. The slight variations in texture you observe are not manufacturing defects.
Is the glass prone to breakage during shipping?
We utilize thickened protective packaging, ensuring the glass is securely encased in foam. This guarantees a completely safe journey from our warehouse to your home.
How do I clean and maintain the glass?
Simply wipe the glass surface gently and regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid using cleaning agents containing harsh chemicals.
Is the length of the suspension chain adjustable?

Chandelier Installation Guide
Installation Height
Dining Room (Chandelier positioned above the dining table):
- Standard 8-foot ceiling: The bottom of the chandelier should be positioned 30–36 inches above the tabletop.
- For every additional foot of ceiling height, raise the chandelier position by 3 inches (e.g., for a 9-foot ceiling, the range becomes 33–39 inches).
Foyers, Living Rooms, and Hallways (Areas without furniture underneath):
- The bottom of the chandelier should be at least 7 feet above the floor to prevent people from bumping their heads.
- For two-story foyers with a vaulted ceiling, the bottom of the chandelier is typically positioned a few inches below the level of the second-floor landing, ensuring a balanced and harmonious appearance when viewed from both the upper and lower levels.
- Stairwells: The bottom of the chandelier should be positioned at least 7 feet above any individual stair tread.
Is the Chandelier Size Right for Your Home?
Formula 1 — Room Size Determines Chandelier Diameter:
- Add the room's length (in feet) and width (in feet) together; convert the resulting sum into inches to determine the recommended chandelier diameter.
- Example: A 12 ft × 14 ft room → 12 + 14 = 26 → A chandelier with a diameter of approximately 26 inches.
Formula 2 — Dining Table Determines Chandelier Diameter:
- Chandelier Diameter = ½ to ⅔ of the dining table's width, OR at least 12 inches narrower than the table's shortest side.
- Example: A dining table 42 inches wide → A chandelier diameter of 21–28 inches is most suitable.
Can it be installed on a sloped roof?

Address Errors or Changes

Once a package is shipped, we cannot guarantee successful address changes, and carriers may charge additional fees for address modifications. If you need to change your address after shipment, we will send you an invoice to cover these extra fees.
Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows a "Delivered" status but you cannot locate it, please first check your surrounding area or contact your neighbors. If it is still not found after 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Delivery Delays

The fastest way to get the item you want is to first return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
