Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled. Items that have been installed, have damaged wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

Our Responsibility (Free Returns): If the return is due to product quality issues, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect delivery, or undelivered items returned to sender, we will cover all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees. 2. Exchange Policy

For exchanges due to product quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all costs for returning the original item and shipping the new replacement.

For exchanges initiated for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, as well as the full purchase price of the new item.

Customized Products: Once your order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin production immediately.
